MyParkingMgr is licensed software. Upon purchase of an annual subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a single server installation for the license term. Trial licenses are valid for 30 days from the date of first installation.
You may not: redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software with third parties; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code beyond what is provided; use the software in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
MyParkingMgr is software that runs on your own web hosting account. You are responsible for maintaining your hosting environment, database backups, and server security. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hosting failures or misconfigurations.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall MyParkingMgr be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensor operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
